Dr Oz: Corny Chicken Taquitos & Jicama Guacamole

Dr Oz made a Mexican Fiesta with a Put together Mango Margarita, Cheesy Fowl Taquitos & Jicama Guacamole. Ole!

Dr Oz: Cheesy Chicken Taquitos Menu

Ingredients

4 Chemical water
1 pound boneless/skinless chicken breast (cut straight into halves)
1 tsp clean oregano (contains antioxidants)
Half-dozen oz Monterey Jack (shredded)
1 tsp chopped chives (put flavor without the extra fat)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp . black pepper
16 hammer toe tortillas (soft)
Canola oil preparing food spray
2 C Jicama guacamole (optional)
Extra salt (to taste)

Information

Fill pot together with water and bring to be able to boil over
Create chicken and sodium (to taste) Also you can steam, if you like
Provide for boil and then minimize heat

Elements

2 C carefully chopped jicama (low in calories from fat and high in vit c)-gives the dish a good crunch
2 Tbsp fresh new cilantro, chopped
1 Chemical tomatoes, chopped (rich in antioxidants)
2-3 diced Serrano chiles
½ G red onion (perfectly chopped)
1 quickly chopped large grape
Juice of ½lime
One teaspoon salt (to tastes)

Combine all materials in a bowl and stir.
Dr Oz: Spicy Apple Margarita Recipe

Ingredients

5 oz tequila
Only two oz lime juices, freshly squeezed
A couple of oz orange spirits
6 oz unsweetened pear juice
½ tsp chili powder (revs up metabolic process)
Ice cubes

Directions

Blend tequila, lime veggie juice, orange liquor, apple juice and soup powder in a beverage shaker
Add the ice-cubes
Cover and move until chilled
Position the combined chili powdered ingredients and salt on to a plate
Fit a piece of lime about the rim of the wine glass
Rim the edge from the glass by demanding it into the mix
Pour margarita into a cup (hurricane style)
Take rim with lime green wedges and soup powder
Add a dust of salt to taste
Dr Oz: 7-Layer Fat Fighting Dip Recipe

Ingredients

4 C lettuce, destroyed (high water content helps you flush out system) (Layer #1)
A few medium ripe avocados (mash along with mix with 2 Tbsp lemon juice) (Layer #3)
One particular can black pinto beans (Layer #4)
3 diced tomatoes (Layer #5)
Just one ½ C Greek low fat yogurt (mix yogurt having 1 package taco herbs mix-low sodium preferred) (Stratum #2)
2 cans sliced olives (Layer #6)
8 ounces cheddar cheese (2%) (Layer #7)

Information

Place lettuce at the bottom in the bowl
Add a layer of each
After all layers have been added, dirt the cheese on top
To cut your calories, alternate between the green beans stick and a whole-grain chips
